Energy Club

Welcome to Energy Club

The INSEAD Energy Club aims to be a forum of discussion and networking for energy and environment related issues for all of the INSEAD community. Since its launch in January 2006, the Club has met with considerable interest amongst MBA participants across both Fontainebleau and Singapore campuses, reflecting the growing awareness of the impacts of climate change and our changing energy landscape.

Mission & Goals

The INSEAD Energy Club aims to leverage its alumni network and corporate relationships to provide ongoing career services to the INSEAD community. The club also aims to support student and alumni entrepreneurs in energy tech and energy trading. Our members have backgrounds ranging from nuclear and oil & gas through to renewables, storage, and energy efficiency. We are proud to form a community of such diverse profiles and experiences from across the energy industry.
We also hope to promote wider awareness on campus and beyond of the issues faced by the energy economy and its political, social and environmental impact – including that of global warming and climate change – within the context of balanced debate on energy needs and usage.
We take corporate social responsibility seriously, and promote sustainability issues in business ventures. In this regard, we work closely with the INSEAD International Development Club, also known as INDEVOR.

Three ways INSEAD students can get involved with Energy Club

1. List of ways. Sign up to the club email distribution list. The club sign up will be available during orientation week. Click here to email the club if you missed us and would like to be included. 2. Come to our regular meetings & social events to learn more about what we do. These will be advertised by posters and emails in advance and everyone is welcome. 3. Join the committee and help run the club. We are always keen to take on board anyone who has the enthusiasm to help us push forward the club agenda.
