Who we work with to make it all happen

Reaching Out MBA (ROMBA) Fellowship

INSEAD joined the consortium of schools in the Reaching Out MBA (ROMBA) Fellowship, and we offer a scholarship opportunity to encourage and help LGBT students advance their careers with a world-class MBA at INSEAD.

OUTSEAD became a qualified affiliate of the ROMBA and we now have the opportunity to join other partnership schools, with access to international LGBT leadership summits, and attend a Pre-MBA expo to network and attract incoming talent.

McKinsey LGBT Leadership Award

To further increase the positive impact on the community and the firm’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, McKinsey wants to celebrate the contributions and successes of student leaders. The firm believes in developing outstanding leaders and celebrating diversity in today’s society, and so, The McKinsey LGBT Leadership Award recognizes 3 individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to LGBT life and awards them a prize of €2,500.
