Welcome to INSEAD Martial Arts Club

What is Martial Arts Club?

  • The Club unites both Martial Arts lovers and those who are interested to try
  • We warm-up, learn, and practice Muay Thai and Boxing – depending on your preference
    • Other Martial Art types are subject to instructor availability

When do we train?

  • Warm-up and technical drills: Mondays and Thursdays at 8:30pm-10:00pm
    • Typical session includes:
      • 30-40 minutes group workout: Pushups, sit-ups, squats
      • 30-40 minutes technical drills: Muay Thai or Boxing
      • 10 minutes wrap-up: sit-ups
  • Sparring (for advanced members only): Wednesdays at 9:00pm

What do I need to bring?

For the first visit: gym-comfortable outfit

If you wish to regularly attend the sessions: hand-wraps (to protect your wrists)

For sparring (in addition to hand-wraps): mouthguard, cup and 14-16 Oz gloves are big plus
