From April 10–13, INSEAD proudly took part in the 19th edition of the Global MBA Trophy Regatta in Microlimano, Piraeus, Greece. This prestigious event brought together MBA students and alumni from top global business schools for a weekend of competitive sailing, networking, and camaraderie.

INSEAD was represented by two teams, one racing in Division A (Platu 25 boats) and one in Division B (cruising boats), with a crew of 12 students and alumni. Participants demonstrated not only sailing skills, but also the INSEAD values of teamwork, leadership, and global engagement. Organised by the London Business School Alumni Sailing Club and hosted by the Yacht Club of Greece, the regatta featured a mix of coastal and inshore races. It provided a unique opportunity to connect with peers from institutions such as LBS, HEC Paris, Oxford Saïd, and IESE.

The INSEAD Sailing Club, under the leadership of Bernardita Galvez and Stefano Pasquarelli, played a key role in making this experience possible, bridging generations by bringing together alumni and current students. Beyond the competition, the weekend included evening social events and a gala at the Yacht Club, fostering lasting friendships and meaningful exchanges among future global leaders. Congratulations to our sailors for their remarkable participation and for representing INSEAD with excellence on the international stage.
